Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Alouette is a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep the engine room of the restaurant running smoothly.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys admin done properly. The kind of person who catches the typo, spots the missing attachment, double-checks the time zone, and doesn’t need a second reminder.

You’ll work closely with Camilla (GM & Co-Owner)

You’ll be handling a wide range of administrative tasks and guest communication. Camilla will delegate, but you’ll often be working independently, so accuracy, good judgment, and follow-through matter.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to guest emails with warmth and professionalism

  • Handling reservations, special requests, and guest notes with high attention to detail

  • General office admin tasks

  • Supporting internal systems and keeping things organized

  • Greeting guests on average two nights per week

Practical details

  • Part-time role, ideal alongside studies

  • Primarily office-based, with two service evenings per week

  • Danish is a plus, but not required. Fluent English is required. Danish curiosity is appreciated.
