Culinary Intern

We’re offering a Culinary Internship for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen driven by sustainability, collaboration, and deep respect for ingredients and producers.

What We Offer

  • Michelin-Starred Excellence – Passion, purpose, and ambition drive us. We aim high and expect the same from our team.

  • Sustainability in Action – We work directly with farmers, paying fair prices and supporting soil health by using what grows best. We use whole ingredients, from root to stem, nose to tail.

  • A Different Way of Working – Max 44 hours per week. No burnout. No aggression. Just good cooking.

  • A Team That’s Stronger Together – Our kitchen is built on respect, collaboration, and support. No egos, no yelling. Just a group of people who love to cook at the highest level.

  • Cooking That Matters – Open-fire cooking, deep flavors, and a focus on quality over quantity. If it doesn’t add to the dish, it doesn’t go on the plate.

  • An Education, Not Just a JobEverything we do challenges the norms of the restaurant industry. At Alouette, learning isn’t a side effect — it’s the point.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary school.

  • Eager to learn, grow, and get your hands dirty in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and open-minded — you ask "why" rather than "why not".

  • Passionate about sustainability, ambitious cooking, and pushing boundaries.

  • Ready to work hard, receive feedback, and improve every day.

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 1 month, with 3–6 months preferred to get the most from the experience.

  • Able to legally work in Denmark — or, if not, eligible for a Danish internship visa (you must check in advance that you qualify: nyidanmark.dk - Internship Visa).
