We’re offering a culinary apprenticeship for a student who is currently enrolled in a Danish culinary school.

We are looking for someone who would be ready to start in February/March.

Who You Are

You are currently enrolled in a Danish culinary school and looking to complete your education in a professional kitchen.

You’re curious by nature and genuinely excited to learn - not just about cooking, but about where ingredients come from, how we work with our farmers, and how a kitchen team functions as one unit.

You’re comfortable working at a high pace and high standard, and you understand that real learning often means getting your hands dirty before it looks pretty.

You pay attention to details, stay open-minded, and tend to ask why - because understanding matters more than shortcuts.

You care about sustainability, thoughtful cooking, and doing things properly, even when it takes longer.
You’re ready to work hard, receive feedback, and use it to get better - every single day.
